IndiGo’s latest launch follows recent announcements:
- Athens (from 2026) – to be served with the new Airbus A321XLR
- London (upcoming)
- Existing routes: Manchester & Amsterdam
The new Copenhagen service strengthens IndiGo’s Northern Europe connectivity, opening convenient onward links to Sweden, Norway, and the wider Scandinavian region.

Partnership with Aegean Airlines
- IndiGo has signed an MoU with Aegean Airlines for a future codeshare partnership
- Subject to regulatory approval, this will begin after IndiGo launches flights to Athens
- Plans include:
- IndiGo’s code on Aegean’s domestic and European routes
- Aegean’s code on a “significant number” of IndiGo’s Indian routes
- Aegean also plans to launch Athens ⇄ India flights by March 2026
