The flight encountered moderate turbulence en route to Atlanta, leaving three flight attendants with minor injuries.

Crew Response

Despite being hurt, the injured flight attendants continued performing their duties until the flight landed.

Delta said in a statement that medical personnel met the aircraft in Atlanta to evaluate the crew.
