DALLAS — Southwest Airlines has announced plans to expand its network to Alaska, with service to Anchorage beginning in early 2026.

The airline revealed on October 2 that it will fly into Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, making Alaska the 43rd state served by Southwest’s domestic network.
